I'd recommend Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Waltham Cross to a friend because the were very helpful when I called to enquire about the car and sent a video of the car the next day. Kept the car on reserve for me until I could view it at the weekend. On my visit, very helpful, explained all about the car and when I collected the car, provided me with full explanation of the dash.

My experience at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Waltham Cross could have been better because I only had my car for 5/6 weeks and there’s issues with the car which I believe were already present when I purchased the car . The car salesman was great ,however the service side, the mechanics who get this car ready and check it have been appalling. First my wingmirror stopped working within a few days on driver side. I brought the vehicle in and was told to pay for a courtesy car even though Id had the car a mere three weeks. Paul paffet left his car and sorted it out with them that I would be given a car and not be charged. He was great . My car stereo seems to turn on and off randomly . Completely restarts if I’m listening to the radio. However they deem it’s all fine . The wingmirror visibly has an issue as it doesn’t fold in. They ordered a new part and when I came just today and now the second time to services to have it replaced , they call me and tell me it’s broken n they’ve ordered the wrong size and part. I now have to come back the third time which will now cost me over 120 miles worth of charging. Also I was extremely angered they were using my heating in the car and drained my miles further. I had over 120 miles when I dropped it there and left with 96. Also when I purchased the car cash for almost 13 k I asked if they could clean it inside and out and charge it fully and I was given a mere 70 miles in the car which when I got home was less than 50. The car was not cleaned and infact I had to scrape off someone’s chewing gum that had been stuck inside my driver door. I am happy with the sales man as he has been helpful but the service side and people fixing the cars are a disgrace.
